This application is similar than Flash. But it supports 720p HD video. Easy programming with XAML, you can edit directly the graphic and action code. Silverlight runs in all the plataforms. This page is hosted in a Linux server.
I use Microsoft Expression Blend to generate SIlverlight application. There are many support in the web.
You can get these tools free from Microsoft.
If you are Illustrator or Freehand user, you will feel Expression Blen like a intuitive aplication. I used my PC to work in the archives and after I tested it with my Mac Core 2 Duo.
